  • Gas powered, manual start engine powering a hydraulic system ... no belts, no chains!
  • Hydraulic controls provide independent starting and stopping of each component.
  • Positive/continuous flow, dry material hopper assures consistent feed of material to mixing chamber.
  • Continuous mixing chamber assures mix consistency and reduces waste — mix only the materials required --- when needed!!!
  • Water system includes a controlled water flow metering system to assure mix consistency. Water system automatically starts when mixing chamber hydraulic control valve is engaged.
  • Progressive cavity pump with holding hopper assures constant material discharge at nozzle. Unit is capable of pumping at a rate of 1-3 gallons per minute up to a distance of 100 feet.
  • Machine is easy to clean.
  • Unit is easily transported by a multitude of methods such as in a truck bed or mounted on a trailer.
